Week 41

Welcome to Week 41 of Mmm Mondays, where we turn Monday woes into Monday whoas!

Last week had 8 mouthwatering posts, with some fair play, a love of down time, and easter bunnies. It also gave us a fantasy on a dark street, and left us fulfilled. You can read all those Mmm’s and more here.

Mmm Mondays is a weekly meme running from Fridays at noon MDT (UTC -7) until Tuesdays at 6pm. Over those four days, you’re welcome to add posts about anything that makes you say mmm, whether fun, frisky or flirty.

Week 41 Recipe

Cream Filled Cuck Cakes

Ingredients

• 12 Cupcakes, whatever flavour you choose, baked per recipes specifications (I prefer chocolate or Devil’s food cake), cooled to room temperature
• 6 tbsp butter, room temperature
• 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
• 3/4 cup marshmallow fluff (homemade recipe found here)
• 2 tbsp heavy cream
• toppings, if desired (some suggestions are fresh fruit, sprinkles or a dab of extra cream)

Directions

• Beat butter, sugar and marshmallow fluff together
• Add cream and blend until smooth
• Fill pastry bag, or small ziplock with cream
• plunge into center of cupcake and fill with desired amount
• top or not as desired
• Enjoy!
