Welcome to Week 164, where we turn Monday woes into Monday whoas!

Make sure to Sexercise daily!
It turns out that sex is good for more than just your libido and pride, it’s a great form of exercise (we already knew this, I’m sure!). A 30-minute romp between the sheets can burn up to 200 calories, the equivalent of walking an average of 8000 steps! Plus, there’s a chance of orgasm.
Engaging in regular sexual activity is also good for the heart, improving cardiovascular strength and helping to prevent heart disease. There are also the benefits of stress reduction, muscle engagement and an increase in intimacy and connection. Seems like sex is the perfect activity!
Please remember that consent is key to all sexual interactions.
Happy sexercising.
Last Week
Short and sweet, we discussed sex dreams and what they mean.
And don’t forget those Chocolate Banana pancakes.

Dirty Talk by Lauren Landish
He makes dirty sound so good. So right. The moment I heard his velvety voice growl that I’m his ‘Kitty Kat’, I knew I was in trouble. Derrick ‘The Love Whisperer’ King gives out relationship and sex advice on the radio to everyone, but he’s giving me something a bit more personal. Nobody’s ever talked to me the way he does. Daring, Demanding, Sexy… and oh, so Dirty. Maybe we started this whole thing a little backward, sex first and getting to know each other after. But I’m starting to let my guard down, my untrusting heart beginning to think that maybe fairy tales do come true. Even for me. I feel beautiful and hopeful when he worships my body. I feel dirty and naughty when he whispers filthy things in my ear. But is it real? Can something so naughty really be good for me? And more importantly, against all odds, can it last… forever?
Week 164 Recipe
I don’t think we eat enough lunch here at Mmm Mondays, so this week, something simple.
Chicken Wrap with Strawberries
Ingredients
For Dressing:
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1 pinch salt
For Wrap:
- 2 cups roughly torn spinach leaves or more to taste
- 1/2 cup chopped rotisserie chicken
- 1/3 cup chopped strawberries
- 1/4 cup chopped toasted pecans
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 4 10-inch flour tortillas
Instructions
- For the dressing, add maple syrup, olive oil, red wine vinegar, mustard, poppy seeds, and salt to a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Seal jar and shake vigorously to blend.
- Toss spinach, chicken, strawberries, pecans, and feta cheese together in a bowl. Drizzle 2 tablespoons dressing into salad; toss to combine.
- Microwave tortillas until pliable, 10 to 20 seconds. Lay tortillas on a clean surface, and spoon an equal portion of chicken salad in the center of each tortilla.
- Fold in sides of tortillas, almost to the center. Bring the bottom of the tortilla over the folded sides, tuck tightly over filling and roll until the sandwich is secured. Slice sandwich wrap in half on the diagonal, if desired. Serve with remaining salad dressing.
