Lover's Kiss
A shaken martini perfect for your Valentine's Day celebration
Servings: 2 drinks
Equipment
- 1 martini shaker with muddler
Ingredients
- 2 oz Vodka I like Greygoose, but use what you prefer
- 1 oz White Cacao Liqueur if you use brown, the colour will be very wrong
- 1 oz Parfait D'amour Liqueur
- 1 tbsp raspberry shrub put raspberries into muddler and break down adding touch of cranberry juice and lime
- 4 oz cranberry juice preferred blend
Instructions
- Chill martini glasses
- muddle raspberries, adding a touch of cranberry juice and lime to make raspberry shrub.
- using spoon, separate shrub into 2 martini glasses
- place remining ingredients into shaker with ice
- strain out into glasses. Garnish with raspberry, lime or leaves.
