Broccoli Crunch Salad
quick and easy, and just right for hot summer nights.

Salad
- 3 cup broccoli florettes bagged is fine!
- 1 cup cheddar cheese grated
- 8 strips bacon crumbled (or use the bagged one is you have them)
- 1/2 cup white onion finely chopped
- 1/2 cup raisins fresh grapes are a wonderful substitute
- 1/2 cup walnuts sunflowers seeds or any other nut work well too!
Dressing
- 1 cup mayonaisse
- 4 tbsp apple cider viengar
- 2 tbsp sugar as desired (I don't use any)
Sometimes I use apple in place of grape or raisin.
Pancetta works great in place of bacon, and feta replacing cheddar is always good too.
For a bit of bite, add 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard to the dressing.
