Moist Chocolate Cake in a Cup

1 mug used for coffee
1 fork for stirring
- 3 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp light tasting oil
- drop vanilla
- 1 tsp semi sweet chocolate chips about 10
Mix dry ingredients in mug. Add wet ingredients.
With fork, gently stir the batter until lumps are smooth.
Sprinkle in chocolate chips.
Cook in microwave on high for 1 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes to cool and to finish cooking.
Top with ice cream, icing, whipped topping, or eat as is.
