Equipment

  • 1 mug used for coffee
  • 1 fork for stirring

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp light tasting oil
  • drop vanilla
  • 1 tsp semi sweet chocolate chips about 10

Instructions

  • Mix dry ingredients in mug. Add wet ingredients.
  • With fork, gently stir the batter until lumps are smooth.
  • Sprinkle in chocolate chips.
  • Cook in microwave on high for 1 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes to cool and to finish cooking.
  • Top with ice cream, icing, whipped topping, or eat as is.
