Cook bacon and set aside to drain and cool. Once cooled, cut into small pieces
In large bowl, add half bacon, sour cream, cream cheese, half tex-mex blend, half cheddar blend, half of green onion, half of nuts, ranch seasoning, garlic, pepper and 1/2 poppyseeds together with wooden spatula
mix remainder of ingredients together and place on wooden board
form forst half of ingredients into a ball and roll into second half of ingredients
wrap cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3 hours (as desired, can be served right away)
place on platter with fruit, veggie, crackers or any other desired items for dipping
