Welcome to Week 52 of Mmm Mondays, where we turn Monday woes into Monday whoas!

Week 52 Recipe
Jingle Juice
Jingle juice is a light, refreshing drink to ensure your holiday get-togethers are merry and bright! Season’s greetings!
Jingle Juice
Equipment
- small saucepan
- punch bowl
Ingredients
- 2 cups cranberry and pomegranate juice
- 1 tbsp castor sugar (icing or berry sugar will work well too!)
- 1/3 cup orange liquor
- 750 ml sparkling white wine chilled
- 8 cups ice cubes
- 1 small orange cut into thin slices
- 2/3 cup frozen pomegranate seeds OR cranberries fell free to use both
- fresh mint to serve
Instructions
- Place juice and sugar in saucepan and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Set aside and let cool completely (I pour it over whisky stones to save time)
- In punch bowl, combine juice mixture, liqueur and wine. Stir together.
- Place ice cubes in bowl (again whisky stone work well to keep cold without watering down), then add seeds, berries and orange slices. Place mint leave on top to garnish.
- enjoy!
