week 30

Welcome to Week 30 of Mmm Mondays, where we turn Monday woes into Mondays Whoas!

Last week gave us 11 yummy posts (although not one was mine, oops!). We had a late night party, heard two of my favourite words (combined, at least), and enjoyed an erotic dinner. There was even some time to appreciate things getting better, love and sex, and a threesome. You can read all of those and more here.

As always, Mmm Mondays opens Fridays at Noon MDT (UTC -7) and closes the following Tuesday at 6pm. Over those four days, feel free to post about anything that makes you say Mmm, whether sexy, funny, or foody. There are no wrong answers here. Image only posts are certainly welcome as well!

If this is your first time joining in Mmm Mondays, please take a few minutes to read the rules (there aren’t many), grab a badge, then add your post below using the linky tool. If you’re on social media, you can promote your post and this meme by using #mmmMondays or #mmmmondaysmeme.

No blog of your own? No sweat! Simply send MrsK (me) a message at lifeofakinkywife@gmail.com, via twitter, or using the on-site submission form. I’ll be sure to add your post for you!

Before you go, take a moment to read a few other posts, and please like or comment if they make you say Mmm too. I encourage sharing, and for any posts you may have missed, watch for them on Monday when I share on twitter!

Sex in a Pan

recipe yields 12-15 servings (there’re no rules about portion sizes here)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • ½ cup finely chopped pecans (optional, and almonds work great as a substitute)
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 ½ cups milk

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix together flour and white sugar. Add chopped nuts if desired. Stir in melted butter or margarine until all ingredients are combined. Press mixture into a 9×13 inch pan.

Step 3

Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Allow to cool.

Step 4

Beat together cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar until smooth. Spread over cooled crust.

Step 5

Whip cream until stiff peaks form. Spread half of whipped cream over cream cheese layer. In a small bowl, whisk together chocolate pudding mix and 1 1/2 cups milk until smooth. Pour over whipped cream layer. In another small bowl, whisk together vanilla pudding mix and 1 1/2 cups milk. Pour over chocolate layer. Top with remaining whipped cream. Chill overnight. (I place in the freezer for 4 hours and it’s fine!)

Step 6

Enjoy!
