Caesar Cocktail (as per the Canadian Encyclopedia)

Canada's national cocktail, made with vodka, a tomato clam juice mixture, spices, Worcestershire, a touch of Tabasco, and traditionally served with a celery stick. Invented by Walter Chell in Calgary, Alberta in 1969; Chell wanted a new drink to celebrate the opening of his Italian restaurant. And voila, a Canadian beverage with a Roman name.

To keep this vegan friendly nd shellfish allergy safe, use tomato juice. The taste is slightly different, but better safe than sorry! (and let's be honest, you only ever notice with the first one)
