Instructions
Pizza Dough
Place warm water and honey together in mixer bowl and mix until honey is dissolved, sprinkle yeast on top, and let stand for 15 minutes or until foamy. Meanwhile, prep toppings.
Add two cups flour and mix until incorporated. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 1 hour.
Add salt, oil and remaining flour to bowl and knead with dough hook for 5-7 minutes. Dough should ball, and be sticky to touch but not overly so. Add water or flour in small increments to gain needed consistency.
Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Punch down dough with floured hands and divide into 4 equal portions. Glaze with oil and let stand under wettened tea towel until needed but minimum of 30 minutes.
Toppings
Cut/slice, shop, shred desired toppings into sizes that can be cooked in a short time.
Grilling
When ready to grill, with floured hand push pizza dough into desired shapes. Cut in half for a single serving size.
Brush with oil and place dough on gill, closing lid.
Let cook for 2-3 minutes.
Flip Carefully.
Add toppings of choice as other side cooks. Close lid and let cook for another 2-3 minutes. If you find they are burning too fast, move to top shelf.
Remove from grill, let stand 1-2 minutes and cut into desired shapes.
Enjoy!
Notes
*if using meat, makes sure they are cooked before hand. These cook super fast, so be sure to have your topping ready to go once you flip them over.
