Welcome to Week 49 of Mmm Mondays, where we turn Monday woes into Monday whoas!
Last week had 8 scrumptious posts with a stolen moment, more hands and some time being busy. There was also one secret shared, a story of two, and loose morals of three. You can read all those Mmm’s and more here.

Week 49 Recipe
Fantasy Fudge
The Holiday season is upon us, and for me that means A LOT of time in the Kitchen. Fudge is a favourite in our home and makes for a wonderful gift. This recipe is simple, creamy and delicious. And the way it melts in your mouth is a fantasy come to life!
Fantasy Fudge
Equipment
- 9 inch pan
- parchment paper or foil
- large saucepan
- candy thermometer (optional)
Ingredients
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup butter unsalted
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 7 oz. jar marshmallow creme
- 1 cup walnuts chopped
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Line pan with parchment paper/foil
- mix butter, sugar and milk together in saucepan over medium heat, until sugar is dissolved.
- Bring mixture to full boil, but be mindful not to scorch. Stir constantly for 4 minutes, or candy thermometer reads 234 F
- Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Stir until melted.
- Add marshmallow creme and vanilla. Mix well.
- Fold in walnuts.
- Spread into prepared pan and let cool.
- Cut into 12 pieces and enjoy!
Fantasy fudge looks amazing. I may add this to my creative gifting list this year too.
Be careful. Yhey’ll ask again next year. Lol😉
I would hope so, they love the biscuits, bath bombs, jams etc…. (Must find some jars of fluff. Unless you know a good recipe for that too?)
I do! It’s not mine, but one I use often 🙂
